pak35 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the pak35 website accessible at pak35.net, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and associated services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a pak35 account and is using the Platform for gaming or betting purposes.
• "Real Money Gaming" means any game, bet, or wager placed using funds deposited into a pak35 PKR wallet account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account under an active pak35 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandatory for all pak35 accounts prior to withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which pak35 accounts are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's account preventing access to real money gaming for a defined or indefinite period.

By completing the pak35 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to access and use the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you are confirming unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you are accessing pak35 on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms. However, account sharing is strictly prohibited — each account must correspond to one unique, verified individual.

These Terms are effective immediately upon account registration and remain in force for the duration of your relationship with pak35, including after account closure where any obligation, liability, or dispute arising during the active period remains outstanding.

To register and maintain a pak35 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak35 enforces strict age verification at the point of registration and prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual and not as a representative of a commercial entity for the purpose of operating a gaming service.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, gambling ban, or any regulatory restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of pak35 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology vendors.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your account details current at all times.

pak35 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension and may lead to permanent closure.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) pak35 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being permanently closed.

During registration, you must provide a valid email address, a secure password of your choice, your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, your date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. This information is used for account verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak35 login credentials. pak35 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak35 support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow others to access your pak35 account, even family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other websites or services.

pak35 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the breach arose from a failure on the Player's part to maintain credential security.

pak35 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No cryptocurrency deposits are accepted.

The minimum deposit amount on pak35 is Rs 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person — regardless of their relationship to you — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pak35 PKR wallet within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one business day.
• Raast and 1LINK transfers are processed in near real-time during standard banking hours.
• pak35 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests on pak35 are subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full before any funds are released:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification, including submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• The payment method to which you are withdrawing must match the method used for your most recent deposit, and must be registered in your own name.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account must be fully completed before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Your account must not be subject to any active investigation, restriction, or compliance review at the time of the withdrawal request.

Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off (displayed within your account dashboard) are typically processed the same business day. Requests submitted after the cut-off are processed on the following business day. pak35 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all verified withdrawal requests.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification level and VIP tier.

pak35 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer providers may apply their own fees, for which pak35 accepts no responsibility.

pak35 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the offer explicitly states it is a recurring promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in that offer's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• pak35 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued while Players have active wagering requirements, a reasonable extension period will be provided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are satisfied.

pak35 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of mathematical errors, use of multiple accounts, or any pattern of play that in pak35's reasonable opinion constitutes an attempt to circumvent standard wagering requirements.

All bets placed on pak35 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, or the cricket sportsbook — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market as displayed within the Platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general betting rules apply across all pak35 products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pak35 does not accept requests to void, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, pak35 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.
• For cricket and other sportsbook markets, odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may vary by product, Player account level, and VIP tier.
• pak35 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or gaming session where the amount is disproportionate to normal play patterns and in pak35's reasonable opinion may indicate a technical error or exploitation attempt.

Where a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a game or bet, pak35's server logs and game records shall be the definitive source of truth. Players may escalate disputes through the platform's formal complaints process as described in Section 16.

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one pak35 account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly permitting a person under 21 to access your account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with pak35 games or betting markets on your behalf.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any pak35 game. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected exploit are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity on pak35.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, reproducing, or distributing any portion of the pak35 Platform, its software, or its content without express written permission.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at pak35 staff or other Players via any platform communication channel.

All content on the pak35 Platform — including but not limited to the pak35 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and software — is the proprietary property of pak35 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak35 Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any part of the Platform.
• Modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or decompile any Platform software.
• Use pak35 trademarks, brand names, or logos for any purpose without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pak35 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

pak35 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player community. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can develop into a harmful compulsive behaviour, and we take our obligation to protect those individuals seriously.

Every pak35 account comes with the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, real money gaming is suspended until the next period begins.

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond pak35's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains errors or is temporarily out of date due to system latency.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or 1LINK.
• Any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak35's liability for death or personal injury caused by pak35's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak35 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an online gaming and sports betting service.

pak35 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering on pak35, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via your chosen Pakistani payment methods.
• Delivering customer support, promotional communications, and responsible gaming interventions.
• Complying with anti-money laundering obligations and applicable regulatory reporting requirements.

Your continued use of the pak35 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using pak35 and may request account closure by contacting our support team via live chat.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required to maintain legal compliance — may be made without prior notice at pak35's discretion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which pak35 operates. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of pak35 complies with applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pak35, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: The Player should raise the dispute directly with pak35 customer support via live chat. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 24–48 hours.
2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved via live chat, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to the pak35 support email. pak35 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
3. Escalation: Where a Player is not satisfied with pak35's formal complaint response, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or approved alternative dispute resolution body under the licensing framework applicable to pak35's operations.

Disputes relating solely to the quantum of promotional winnings, game outcomes confirmed by pak35's server records, or decisions made by pak35's responsible gaming team are not subject to third-party arbitration and shall be determined by pak35's final written decision.
